Grip Studio is a reformer Pilates studio based in the Horlicks Quarter, in the heart of Slough. We offer structured classes across three levels, seven days a week.
We keep class sizes limited — that keeps the quality of instruction high and means you will quickly get to know your instructors and fellow members.
Whether you are returning to exercise, postpartum or looking to progress your practice, we will make sure you are in the right class and supported throughout.

Aishah
Instructor
Aishah is a STOTT PILATES® trained Mat and Reformer instructor who discovered a love for movement through Pilates after being diagnosed with PCOS and seeking low-impact exercise that felt good physically and mentally. What began as a personal journey became a passion for understanding body mechanics and helping others build strength, confidence and connection through movement.
Faith
Instructor
Faith discovered Pilates whilst working professionally in orthopaedics and quickly saw the impact movement can have on both physical and mental wellbeing. She is passionate about helping people feel stronger and more connected to their bodies through a calm, supportive and approachable style of teaching focused on movement for everyday life.
Flora
Instructor
Flora is a STOTT PILATES® trained Reformer and Barrels Instructor, currently working toward her full certification in Mat, Cadillac and Chair. Her classes focus on breath-to-movement coordination, body awareness, and progressive core strength to support balanced, functional movement.

Getting Here
We encourage visitors to travel sustainably — the studio is a 5-minute walk from Slough Station, with bike stands nearby. Limited parking is available: please enter via Ploughlees Lane, take the first left, and use only marked ‘V’ visitor spaces (including a small number by the studio). Discounted parking is available via a code in the studio (£1 for 1 hour / £2 for 2 hours).
